CIA doctors face human experimentation claims

I suspect that this story has come out to cover-up larger and more systemic abuses. I'm sure many here are aware of Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Ewen_Cameron) and his CIA mind control experimentation work. This sort of involvement by doctors is ongoing, state sponsored, and is not new or isolated to a few "torture" cases.
