Hopefully there are better ways that will stop it from being deployed.
However if that has not happened then here are some ideas...
Idea 1: Organize with other like minded people who do not want the shot and arrange to turn up early to the vaccination centers so you are first in line, you then another member of the "resistance" behind you, at least 2 for each station.
Being first in line sounds like an odd solution but what you need to do is pull your arm away just before the plunger is pushed and screem at the top of your lungs like you are in the worst pain ever, imagine that this thing is burning you up and and you are feeling the most intense pain possible. Act like you are wrything in pain. Other variations of this idea could be investigated. Collapsing and foaming at mouth, If others have had no incident before a friend could say "Some of the syringes have been poisoned" or if a seperate vial is used for each jab? then claim it's some of the vials. Another option would be to paint on your arm/body a nasty looking reaction so as soon as you have faked getting the shot you expose the rest of you are as proof that it's bad stuff! If you want some inspiration for the pain buy some fresh Cayenne Pepper, load a big blank gell gap and bite into it.
Idea 2: Get some loud speakers going which explain to everyone waiting why they shouldn't get the jab, hand out leaflets.
Idea 3: International camping Month! Fun for the whole family, get lost in the bush and get back to nature. You aren't avoiding vaccination you didn't even know it was happening!. Less drastic and less foolproof ways would be renting a house or renting a hotel/motel room anyplace that "they" wouldn't know to come looking for you, use a fake name just in case. (Hiding at home is far more risky)
Idea 4: Jab them back, imagine what would happen if you and a few friends got syringes/needles and when the nurse jabs you you jab him/her back, if you have a syringe and can inject some water this will get them concerned, how many times would that need to happen before they would be unwilling to vaccinate more people? If you forget about the needle just a single punch (jab) to the nose, not a fight just one quick punch then walk away peacefully and submit if anyone tries to stop you. If none of that seems like you how about spitting in their face, then confess you have AiDS, how long would you last under these conditions before you quit?
Idea 5: Get creative, create a stink literally, or a scare, what if a suspcious ticking object was found nearby? Or make a smoke grenade (if indoors). Anything to gum up the works. Set of fire alarms
Idea 6: While all sorts of disgusting things have been found in vaccines including human mucus syringes are only meant to be used in clean enviroments, a jar of anything unclean: urine, blood, excriment and decomposing materials distributed on the "clean" medical supplies should very effectively shut down that area until it has been cleaned and any contaminated gear disposed of.
Idea 7: Find a cheap source of keychain alarms, but if possibly increase the battery capacity, add a timer and you could easily make a area uninhabitible, these type of sounds are hard to locate anyway but if there are a number in a room it would be extremely hard to find if a vaguely decent hiding place was found. On the down side relocation would likely be possible.
Most of these ideas only need a small percentage of people at each location to create effective opposition.
Before the vaccine, one very effective way to get some attention is to arrange with some friends to stop your cars/trucks at some peak rush-hour time on some main traffic atteries such as bridges and just before you do this send emails to radio and TV stations explaining clearly what the protest is about.
Of course printing up leaflets and putting them in mailboxes, leaving them among magazines at shops, leaving a few at bus stops, passed out on the street would also help get it out there to people who are unlikely to come across the info online.
Seems to me a website needs to be setup so that those in an area who oppose the vaccine can work together.
