All going according to plan, increase the amount of gambling as the economy goes under.
I'm all for allowing people to gamble if they way, BUT I've read more than a few articles that show that when gambling is allowed the number of bankruptcies in the area skyrocket.

Increasing the amount of gambling is NOT going to help our country out, not one little bit.

Turn native and get grandfathered in, secede, or get some people in office who can read and understand the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. Working on the latter, myself...
