Bill Moyers is doing a story tonight on PBS check out the video on his blog. My heart goes out to all of these families. I get so tired of getting emails from my neo-con family members from "a soldier who thinks we are doing the right thing in Iraq" I'm tired of getting accused of not supporting the troops- BRINGING THEM HOME is the best way to support them!

Thanks for sharing. Good clip.
Think of how all the Iraqis losing loved ones are feeling too. It's becoming less "rare" to them now. Less "honorable". A shame and a travesty.
To what resolve? To what goal? I would lay down my own life, without hesitation, to protect the life of my wife and child, and perhaps even that of my neighbor. But, to stand in front of an accellerating Halliburton bus? I don't f'ing think so!
Don't let the neocons indoctrinate us or anyone else into believing that we are the non-patriots because we won't lay down to stupidity and empty words. We are the proud and educated and concerned believers in the people of the great United States of America. We are the military, we are the legal sector, we are the technology infrastructure, we are medical field, we are even the NEWS. We are America. We have no agenda but to stop corporations from ruling our government. We have no agenda but to stop thus goverment from antagonizing innocent citizens. We have no agenda but to be American, and that's not a F'ING crime, no matter WHAT changed after f'ing 9/goddam 11!!!
I want my young son to grow up in a "hot dogs and baseball, and hard proud work" America. Not one of fear of being controlled to death or moved like a pawn in some big chess game of who's gonna bankrupt or give up first move.
