Is there anyone out there who feels qualified to proof read and coach?

If so I'll post a link to the PDF.

No privacy concerns on my part and it could be a good lesson to others.

I wish was qualified, but I know next to nothing about Pro Se representation...

What we really need on this board is a Liberty-friendly qualified lawyer to answer legal questions as they come up... Maybe we can pool our resources and put one on retainer! :):confused::rolleyes: okay, maybe not such a bright idea....

Paula, can you give us any more details? What happened and why are you filing?

First the police gave away over 40,000 worth of my property to someone I had lived with for over a year. I believe he was a drug informant. He stole it and they let him keep it when I tried to file a claim.

Second, I was found guilty of failure to yield to a biciclyst who rode in front of me at night without a light on. All sorts of shennanigans in the courtroom and when I appealed they demanded a $200 bond up front (I qualify as an indigent and was not permitted to file without costs as per Supreme Court ruling) and refused to give acces to public records of the arraignment and trial for over six months.

That 's the short version...
