They had Mario Cuomo on and he sounded great. He was talking about using the Constitution and declaring war. He quoted the Consitution and critized Democrats for handing over their authority to the president. It was a really good interview, so good I was waiting for him to say at the end, and thats why i support Ron Paul (didn't happen).
Of course idiot Matthews says thanks for being the only one to talk about the Constitution since the Iraq War.

He said that the constitution was clear that only Congress could declare war and that it was "un-delegable" meaning it could NOT be delegated to the president. He also derided his fellow dems for voting for such nonsense.

I think he said something under his breath like "oh god" or something when Ron Paul answered a question during the debate.
