It's a single zip file containing 5 episodes in AAC+ format (extension is .m4a), encoded at 24 kbps which still sounds good in AAC+. You can play m4a files in Winamp, VLC, Media Player Classic and more (I've heard iTunes still uses a dinosaur of a decoder which still sounds like an AM radio so you might go with something else). No commercials!
