He just updated it.. hes got himself at $813,550 as of 11am EST.

That means he only gained $53,000 from 10pm last night..

He's slowing down.. Lets get that son of a bitch CFR

Even if we don't, he had at least a 3 day head start. We're kicking ass!

I have been following this daily. Man it is going to be close. Beating him to the $1,000,000.00 mark would be a big deal especially since he had a 3.5 day head start. I am counting on today to be the biggest day yet.

Most of the media will ignore his earlier start. We HAVE to beat him under these conditions.

Beating Edwards to 1 Million will be close, but my guess is that Ron Paul will finish the quarter with 1.3 Million, Edwards will have 1.1 Million.

Guess we have to take them both out..

Also both Edwards' and Richardson's sites are not live counters, which means that is probably a total of ALL donations to their campaign. Edwards jumped up after the debate by 200,000, in a half day. They probably are throwing in all of the mail-in/fundraisers as well. Also since their site is not live there is no way to see if they are telling the truth. They could easily lie to meet expectations (which is a big deal) and no one would know the difference. Don't count on catching them, I am sure that they have staffers watching RP's meter and once it gets close, they will magically get another 100,000.

When did Richardson's drive start?

09-28-2007, 02:34 PM
It was so nice of us to give him a head start. Imagine how embarrassing it would have been if we reported all the numbers for the "10 days" he's doing?

Very considerate of our campaign I think. We're nice folks!

Why should we care about Edwards and Richardson right now? Ron Paul is running against the Republicans right now.

Check this out from Edward's site:

I agree that the initial $2300 of my contribution is designated for the primary and any additional amount up to $2300 is designated for the general election campaign, up to a total of $4600 for both elections.

Contributions are limited to $2300 per individual per election. The primary and general elections are separate elections, so individuals may give a total of $4600 for both elections.

Is he counting $4600 contributions in his total?

we still had fill the Quell (SP?) 2 times before we went for 500,000!

we still had fill the Quell (SP?) 2 times before we went for 500,000!

so we are ahead. But it would be nice to forget the quill and still beat him. The reason its a good yardstick is edwards is a "top tier" I gauranty he will beat Hillary in Iowa.

we are averaging about 90 bucks a person with the thermometer so if you apply that to the 1787 donors for a quell x2 it come out to about 322,000. Add that to the 758,000 in the thermometer and all in all since the start of the quell we have made 1,080,000. If we make the 1 million on the thermometer that will make it 1,322,000! in about 10 days! THat is about 53% what Paul made during the whole 2Q in 10 days! This is looking good.

Edwards is at 878,000 at 11:00pm est. His numbers are slowing. This is going to be neck & neck going into the finish line.

Perry, your sig quote of Ben franklin is a misquote I believe.

I believe Ben Franklin was asked what form of government had been set up, a monarchy or a republic and his answer was "a republic, if you can keep it."
