I can't find anything in the US Constitution against electing a US Vice President who is not a US citizen. Of course, he would not be eligible in the presidential line of succession.

Does anyone know if there are any laws that would prohibit electing a non-citizen VP?

12th Amendment: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

I doubt he would leave the Parliament.

C'mon. Think outside the box--we could just say he was born in Hawaii!

(Joking!)
