To be fair, when same Grandma had asked McCain the same question during Bush days, McCain had give the same answer. At least he's consistent.

This nation would have been better off if Vietnam had kept him.

These people are absolutely delusional if they think McCain has any more "respect" than Obama for the original intent of the Constitution.

Against the special interests, sure. The Dems say the Reps are for them, and the Reps say the Dems are for them. For once, they're both right.

I sent a letter to McCain's office and asked if he would be accepting lobby money and campaign contributions from companies that are now partly owned by the Federal Goverment. They never responded to my question, well neither did Ron Paul's office either.

I had to laugh at the "Alert" box in the video with the headline:
"McCain: Believe American People can Overcome the Special Interests"
He may believe it, but he sure as heck hopes not.

Got a chuckle out of him saying there is a fundamental difference between Obama and himself concerning the role of government.......well, why don't they read the constitution to clear up the confusion as it lays out clearly the role of the gov't. *sigh*

Is she implying that McCain has any respect for the Constitution?

Right question, asking the wrong buffoon.

McCain doesn't have to say anything for me to boo him.

Yeah, he respects it like he respects The Magna Carta - a quaint anachronism.

I don't think McCain has even read the Constitution.

It's one thing to 'respect' and another to follow.
I can respect someone even if I don't like them.

That's because the people at RP's office are to busy laughing at such a ridiculous notion to reply.

AS a recovering republician, I can tell you Mc Cain is a socialist and Obama is a Marxist
and both are globalizianist
