He'll co-host one with Michelle Bachmann:

I'd like to see them interact.

I've never heard of appearances "down here" referred to as "town hall meetings". He's had three speaking engagements that I'm aware of : in Galveston County, Brazoria County and Ft Bend County. Dr Paul always fields questions and will speak with individuals one-on-one.

The thing is, we have been so fortunate to have Dr No as our Representative for so long, citizens know who he is and what position he takes on the issues and know he cannot be bought or compromised. He'll calmly take hostile questions and then quietly explain why they are wrong.

He has token opposition in his district, but it's really not vocal or public like in other parts of the country, with other public figures.

instead of having one I wish he'd attend the others!
