i was watching some of alan grayson's town hall and he mentioned towards the end when talking about it not being free that if you make under 40,000 a year and are single it won't be free - you will be subsidized. when i looked it up online i couldn't find any actual articles about it but a post on a message board where someone said they did the math based on what the bill said and realized that would mean almost $400 a month. someone people currently pay as little as $250 or so a month. meaning costs go up for the poor, and only the rich get it for free? ? ?

has anyone read any actual articles written about this? she didn't give any sources on the message board.
