Great website to organize and help defend Glenn Beck against the radical left.

Great site I emailed to everyone. We can rally and put a real hurt on companies to stupid to stay out of politics. Glenn Beck might not be the purest libertarian but he is a good gateway into the movement.

We stand for free speech so we should support it!

It's a shame Beck has to be so pro-war and against demilitarizing the policing empire. But then I have to remember what Reagan said...

"The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally — not a 20 percent traitor."

Yeah if he was not pro war Glenn Beck would be a really good voice.....but his good points outweigh the bad IMO. He has changed into something very useful for the Libertarian movement.

i get pissed at beck a lot for some of the things he still believes. but really, if his show is gone, most of our voice is as well. he does cover a good bit of what we support.

Unfortunately not the parts that matter most...with those issues , he called us terrorists.

Who puts Napolitano on air to host his show? BECK. Regardless of what anyone thinks, he is waking up people to much of what government is doing. He has called out both the Republican party and Democratic elite and explained it in terms that everyone can understand. He explained the bailout and where the AIG money actually went.

If we lose his voice, we will have lost a lot. I don't have to think he's perfect, which I most certainly do not, to not want him taken off the air.

Amen to that , and that's the point I've been trying to make to people around here....of course, I can't do it as eloqoently as Reagan.

By the way, only 14 sponsors pulled ads from Glenn Beck. The stupid Communists on Color of change with an IQ of 70 claimed Wal-Mart and Best Buy pulled ads. This never happened.

Color of Change is claiming that WalMart, CVS, BestBuy, and Allergan have "pulled" their ads. It appears that only Allergan has actually confirmed this. BestBuy has not, and strangely, WalMart and CVS were not even sponsors of Glenn's to begin with!

Also: the Best Buy language merely matches the language of others, such as Roche, who on 8/12 told CoC their ads were "a mistake", yet Roche ads ran on Glenn's show on 8/14. This is the type of double talk which the Left gets all excited, but means nothing. Roche confirmed to us yesterday that they would continue to advertise on Beck.

As long as you apply the same logic to people like Dennis Kucinich and Cynthia McKinney who also agree with Ron Paul 80 percent of the time (but on different issues than Beck) then cool. I for one still have a problem with Beck directly attacking us. You can disagree with me 20% of the time, just don't call me a "domestic threat to the constitution" over that 20% disagreement. Still I think this boycott is crap.

What annoys me most is how we RPF'ers failed at boycotting Glenn Beck when he called us terroits. Now this obscure Color of Change blog, run by a self-proclaimed "Black Nationalist", has already got 14 sponsors to remove ads from his show. WTF! lol.

I should have figured that. WalMart is one of the most demonized companies in recent memory. Yet they keep expanding. It's hard to imagine them being cowed by some email based boycott.

Cause even way back then at least half of us were running around screaming "We must play nice with Glenn Beck. He has Ron Paul on his show. Never mind the fact that in his very next show he takes back everything nice he said about Ron Paul and basically calls Ron a liar". Some of us suffer from the Glenn Beck equivalent of Stockholm syndrome.

He is the only one discussing liberty issues but does have me yelling Ron Pauls name at the TV. Frustrating to hear him say "not one politician, no one is speaking for us".

Although I'm not 100% sure of anything Beck says relating to foreign policy, he has said a few times before that we are over reaching our military. I'm not sure how strongly he believes in that, but I've heard him say it on radio and TV a few times. It seems as though he is slowly working his way to non-interventionism. We still need to focus on getting him off Palin's balls...wait...I mean away from Palin's crotch. He is obsessed.

I'm sorry guys but it looks like because I'm defending Glenn Beck politely, I'm just trying to get people caught up in my 'charades' and I'm 'retarded.' Which, by the way, is a direct violation of the rules that we agreed to. I don't know how much longer I want to stay on a forum like this anyways, certainly not what I signed up for when I wanted to promote Ron Paul and other Liberty candidates. Bye for now, I'll see if the mods do anything, if not I won't be returning. Bye.

Ohh lord. http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=36058

and funnily, I saw Becks explanation of the AIG bailout/Goldman Sachs amazing turn around, and that was enough for me to know he is worth keeping on air.

I still don't like him, but he is one of the very few that actually tried to point out to the scummy shit those bastards in the banking industry are pulling. I certainly will not spend any energy trying to defend him though. Sorry. I'll leave that to people that agree with him at least 30%.

And that crying is embarrassing.

No way Kucinich agrees with Ron Paul 80% of the time . He's a socialist , that's impossible.

If you want to admire Kucinich for his honesty, then that is fine . If you are trying to compare his philosophy to Ron paul's , then that is a JOKE.

Whatever. You're just one of those wingers trying to hijack the paul movement to your wing. You guys come in both flavors, but still make me sick. If you can't see Kucinich is actually one of the good guys, you are fucking blind.

Oh really ?? This is directly from Kucinich's website . His "libertarian" plan for Health care :

"Medicare for All

Congressman Kucinich, along with Congressman John Conyers (D-MI), introduced HR 676, Medicare for All, a bill to provide high-quality health care to every American. This bill would provide all Americans the health care they need, from any doctor they choose, at a universal, high standard of quality. Americans would not be burdened with co-payments, premiums or deductibles. Rather, they would be guaranteed access to medically necessary health care, including inpatient and outpatient care, dental care, vision care, pharmaceuticals, and other treatments that a patient’s doctor would deem necessary."

Wow, sounds just like Ron paul , doesn't it ??? Want me to move to other issues???

I don't give a fuck what you think, hoser. Nice to see you joined a couple months ago. How about you save your lectures for other newbs.

BTW, Ron Paul said the only candidate he could see himself endorsing during the primaries was... you guessed it, Dennis Kucinich. Sit on that stick and try to figure it out for a while.

Tis true.

For the Neocon's out there. We are basically giving massive amounts of dollars to Israel so they can fund their own healthcare and military, so whats the difference??? Why don't we pull this money, and then bring it back home. Taxes won't go up and they may actually go down, and the libs will have their damn healthcare so everyone will be happy.
