I came across the page of this professor Gibson of San Jose State University:

The course text is "What Has Government Done to our Money" by Rothbard, and a downloadable text he wrote himself:

135 is the money and banking class at SJSU, if memory serves. Their department chair got her Ph.D and George Mason (hint hint). Don't know Gibson. But it's been a long time since I took classes there. It looks like his own money and banking text is online at one of the links you posted. Hella cool.
