Yes to put someone in effigy means you hate them ordinarily. They still have every right to do it and "hate speech" laws are BS.

Using common sense based on common reactions of 'the mass', one should probably not use things including but not limited to: a noose, burning flags, swastikas, shemagh hoods, white robes & hoods, and signs using the words "kill","death", or "shoot".

If someone chooses to use these items based on their actual/literal/personal meaning that defies the common understanding of them, then that individual should be fully prepared to experience the consequences without any expectation of sympathy from the patriot community (whatever in the hell group that represents now).
