When posting a link, it is wise to uncheck the "Automatically parse links in text" checkbox, so users have to cut and paste the link. This prevents external webmasters from seeing if a lot of traffic is coming from this site, for example when checking poll results.

By unchecking the box, you the URL will appear like this:

http://www.ronpaul2008.com

Sample image below, which the box to uncheck boxed in red:

Why does this matter?

Because many will discount the results and dismiss RP's support as being spam when they see all the hits coming from this site.

Thanks. We'll check it out-- need to see if there are any negatives. Efforts right now are going to dealing with server crashes (some updates already made). So, it's on the short list. :)

Go to this site and get the Faststone capture program http://www.faststone.org/
and then you can cut out any picture off you screen and then you can take the captured picture and make a web link to it on http://www.imageshack.us/index.php then save to the post as a jpg pic.:)
