He's basically telling Iran that we have staged terror attacks before, and that 911 was used as a pretext to invade Iran. Its kind of creepy, the way it was written. Gary Hart is architect of Homeland Security, and made alot of appearances right before 911.

So the question is will the next attack be over there, or over here?

There is video of him at the Council of foreign relations stating that we can use the 9/11 attacks to initiate the new world order.. and he suggest they go for it.
