Is a US post office public property? If so, I don't see how you can call it vandalism if a member of the public just wanted to redecorate.

Wow, a 13 picture slideshow of a single mailbox with 2 stickers on it? Seriously, we needed slideshow for that?

i enjoyed the piece...but whoever put glue on a mailbox and stop sign is a moron....

that stuff dont come off and this becomes legitimate vandalism. If the FEDS want to make a stink, they can go after Jones for telling people to use glue like that and defacing mailboses...

staples are ok, or regular tape...but to glue paper on both sides is stupid..vandalism

Was that dumbass using a knife to scrape off glue? Why not just use hot water or WD-40(it works) and an actual hand scraper?

+1. Public property is unowned so you can do whatever you want with it.

Mass criticism of big government is a very encouraging sign. Americans are finally realizing that there is nothing about our type of government that requires a citizen to respect his political leaders. The old woman in the video is still ignorant and believes in the old-school myth. If anything, a constant suspicion and criticism is required to keep the DOGS in line – and is the spirit of our constitution and BOR. While defacing public property is a legitimate concern, the content of the defacement certainly offsets the crime (at least for me) – considering the fact that millions of “yard sale” signs are typically attached to telephone poles in the same way, and do not make the news.

In my town, they'd probably leave the posters up. :)

That is public property which is unowned so you can do what you want with it. However, that is not to say that everything you do with public property would be effective activism.

I expect a few people will be jailed resulting from this "contest". AJ asking people to go out and post advertisements and "film yourself while doing it" is not bright at all.

"He looks so mean, gruesome and evil and this is not something you want to portray your president. Very disrespectful," Clermont resident Charlene Forth told Eyewitness News.

The postmaster told Eyewitness News he was deeply offended by what he saw,
