This guy is such a disgrace.

The worst thing is, if you need two lawyers to find out what the damn thing means, it means that it doesn't HAVE a clear meaning...and therefore, it will be interpreted by the executive branch in the BROADEST possible sense to mean anything they want it to mean. Anyone negligent/apathetic/corrupt/fascist enough to vote for any such bill - especially one that contains 1000 pages of easily abused clauses - deserves to be deported to another solar system.
