This is on CNN and it no joke. There are reports of from the state department of it being used on US tourists.

It isn't a MK ultra conspiracy or anything. I just saw the vid and thought it was an interesting story.

a cursory glance over the jonestown "conspiracy theories"

for real though, if you think MKULTRA is a conspiracy theory,
please search the congressional record on the matter (as a start).
