Okay, I like to go into Amazon and read the reader reviews of A Manifesto. I just went in there and all the reviews seem to be gone. Is this just a glitch or what?

You are looking at the paperback version which hasn't come out yet.

You are looking at the paperback version which hasn't come out yet.I also managed to find the hardcover (which was not simple) and could find no review for that either. In fact I clicked on the stars with the number of reviews (800 something) under it and it came up saying it hasn't been reviewed yet.

That would be an oversight, if that is what they did. We need to bring it to their attention and then see what happens.
