and get them treatment. I'll wager anyone 1/9 that gets a resounding applause in that forum. Any idea how many people in that community drug related jail offenses afflicts. How can that be racist? One would think treatment centers, councilors and DR's would love it. So would the state prison system budget.

That I'm not so sure about. But the PBS website might have some information on stations that may be broadcasting it. Or perhaps NPR will be.

No they won't. They won't DARE. They know that if confronted with it head-on (apply direct to your forehead) that he will completely dismantle that accusation and come out smelling clean as a whistle.

It is much more effective for them to sneak those comments on the side of news pieces and be more subtle in their attacks.

Protecting personal liberty, reverting back to a small restrained federal government, and reverting back to a sound monetary system that benefits the people ... these are ideals that transcend party lines, genders, races, sexual orientations, and generations, and every debate the good doctor wins just adds more supporters. The media can doubt us and marginalize us, but Ron Paul's kung fu on the issues that matter is stronger than their kung fu.

Paul & Smiley have already had one encounter. I think it went very well, considering Smiley brought out the full arsenal. It includes a fascinating little tussle about Dr. King. Listen to it here.

if your going to be in the audience don't scream WOO HOO, in the live event it sounds good but on TV it sounds like "BOOs", happened at the Values Voter...

From Wonkette -

"It will basically be Tavis Smiley and Ron Paul politely calling each other racists while a hostile all-black crowd watches, with hostility. Oh yeah, and we also get a special appearance by Alan Keyes, who will boldly stand up for Tom Tancredo and call everybody else racists."

I thought I saw last night the MSNBC was going to be carrying it. Don't know if that means live or not. It was late - maybe I was dreaming.
