It's true. But if a full half or more of the people are opposed to them, they're fucked, including their agenda.

Even the most totalitarian systems require at least tacit consent of the majority of the people. Once that 51% tips, that's when real changes occur. We're at least holding them at bay.

The course of action we should take: 2010 - become the majority faction of the GOP at caucuses and conventions. Make sure its candidates win the 2010 interim elections.

2011 - become the leadership in the party, state-by-state, through the reorganization process. This will likely only occur by us allying with the other conservative/constitutional factions, thereby pushing the moderates and neocons to the side while not ostracizing them.

2011 - hold the 2010 freshmen accountable to the Constitution.

2011 - lay a grassroots foundation for victory in 2012

2012 - rebrand the party, use it to communicate liberty to the public, win the POTUS nomination with a liberty candidate - OR - become such a powerful stake in the GOP that the winning candidate must toe the line.

2012 - knock out BO with (ideally) a Constitutional (r)epublican

2013 - retain control of the GOP and use the organization to pressure the POTUS and the Congress to remain in our corner


All the while, continue spreading truth and liberty on the webz and chipping away at the state-biased media's virtual monopoly on truth, minimizing their ability to foment a socialist counter-movement in 2014.

2013 - grow the Liberty movement and start pushing the commies out of the Democrat Party.

etc., etc.
