Need some help with research.

I am trying to prove to some one that general insurance business model is not solvent. The crux of my argument is that people get non threatening sickness more often then the serious ones. So when insurance has to cover everything it ends making no money and taps into the money that is paid for the infrequent sickness. This way they make less profit and have to scheme to deny care.

So I am looking for any material on this topic.
