It's simple. Alex Jones believes the 9/11 attacks were staged and still propagates that position. Alex Jones is therefore not credible to me. If he could throw together some evidence on that, evidence which doesn't perpetually shift when it gets perpetually debunked, that would be one thing. However, he has an "answer" and is seeking the evidence for it, whereas any scholarly person would reject that approach outright.

He's one of the reasons why Ron Paul doesn't have much support, I suspect.

Just because many contrarian news sources, like Alex Jones, are accurate or credible some of the time, that does not mean that all of them are accurate all of the time.

Further, I am also concerned by the rank hypocrisy of the "Freedom Movement" that I would reluctantly call myself a part of. Putting the "Love" in the "Revolution" is a cruel satire. But please, go ahead and foment your group-think and keep on selling ideas with such low market value, mixed in with and corrupting some genuinely valuable ones, like liberty.
