If it weren't for checks and balances our founding fathers diligently crafted, Bush would have already got his wish for a dictatorship. Yay for the judicial branch....for now.

Theyll kill the judge... They killed a judge in Montana after he ruled that the fractional reserve banking system didnt actually provide for any material consideration when giving a mortgage to a homeowner so the mortgage was nullified and the guy got his house free and clear... Of course had that judge not been taken out (1968) think about the dangerous precedent that that would set... Everybody with a mortgage wouldnt owe any money anymore..

kinda fucked up.. but its still going on.. When a bank loans you money for a house or a car, or loan, its creating the money to lend you.. its not lending you anything it already has
