It's not really a random argument though. The fact that Grayson is hand-picked by the Republican Establishment will be a key part of this election. What we saw is that he's a smooth character and the entrenched Republican leadership rise to defend him. The same people who worked so hard to shut us out of the process last year, even if it meant breaking all their own rules. Yet once the point was made, Rand wanted to continue on rather than linger on it - probably wise.

The "sparks" are beginning to fly, the campaigns begin (and not just here either - on Facebook and such) and neither candidate has officially entered the race yet!

No doubt we have spies in our midst; do we need to make it obvious that "paul supporters" are doing this questioning? Do we know for sure that it was a "paul supporter"? Can't it just be "Trey Grayson vs. Concerned Citizen" or something?
