i don't see any big change. they can already look at/steal any bank account, and have had that power for years.

a swiss style law would be nice but will never happen

Yeah i wish there was banking secrecy...never going to happen as long as we have the irs and income tax though

Mhm. Reminds me of that scene in the Pursuit of Happyness where Chris gets a notice from the IRS that the taxes he owed were taken straight out of his bank account. Great scene! Truly shows how the income tax can not only harm everybody, but destroy the poor.
