I dont see what you mean. But anyone can register and change it. I have changed some economy related articles in the wikipedia.

"Growth Jam" implies that when an economy grows Keynesians have to inject more capital to feed the growing economy or there will be a jam or bottleneck. In other words, it's an excuse to inflate the currency and devalue savings.
