The vote is anticipated on Tuesday and it is my opinion that all Senators need to know that we are watching and noting who is verbal in opposition and who actually delivers a NO vote on this important matter. If you are in agreement, please share this information with or without credit as to source. It is the composite effort of several and we just want to see her defeated if at all possible and for it to have been difficult in any case so that the next nominee won’t be worse -- although that is frankly hard to imagine!

And if that's not enough, how about her complete disregard, not to mention disdain, for the Second Amendment? Do we really want a Supreme Court justice who claims there is no Constitutional right to self defense under the Second Amendment, and who essentially equates self defense with vigilantism?

You're probably both quite correct.

That being said, I'm not going to just throw my hands up in the air and say, "oh, well...." If I'm going down, I'm going down swinging. Both my senators have heard from me on numerous occasions. I've encouraged others to speak out. I've faxed, emailed and phoned in my opposition to this nomination.

At least I'll have the satisfaction of knowing I did more than just stand around and let this thing happen without opposition.

We need them to stop tomorrow's vote until they investigate these fraud allegations.

This is serious business. The vote is scheduled for just about 7 hours from now. We need to make sure that when their offices open for business in the morning, their voice mailboxes are full of messages demanding they stop the committee vote until they investigate the bankruptcy fraud cover-up allegations.

Civil is probably laughing at the idea of stopping SotoMY-OR (gotta get it right lest I be called a racist) from being confirmed. Civil could have been more civil and verbose. Anyway, she'll be confirmed no problem. Grahamnesty said she would be confirmed and this is about the time where politicans start playing toward separate voting bases.

Graham decides to co-sponsor S604 thus trying to pull in any dumb RP types (are there any??) that think he's really for Fed audits, while essentially guaranteeing that an anti-2A, pro-illegal, reverse-racist will be confirmed to the highest Court in the land. Textbook.
