View Full Version : PROOF: SPLC & ADL behind DHS "Right Wing Extremism"

In response to a Freedom of Information Act petition, the Department of Homeland Security has directed questioners to the source material for their controversial reports on "Right Wing Extremism" (Which, in Missouri went so far as to caution law enforcement against supporters of specific presidential candidates by name) including, and in some cases primarily, from the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Anti-Defamation League.

See the report from a blog here (http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2009/07/well-theres-big-surprise-homeland.html)

Now we have demonstrated proof from a government agency, being the DHS, that material produced by extremist political lobbies are being used to affect and influence the behavior of law enforcement on a daily basis.

The John Birch Society exposed the SPLC/ADL connection regarding the Missouri MIAC report months ago, almost immediately after the report became public.

Homeland Security: Everyone's a Threat (http://www.thenewamerican.com/index.php/usnews/politics/1053)

There is an additional facet of the DHS and MIAC reports that begs to be exposed: the strange and alarming symbiosis between the federal government (especially the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security) and certain private left-wing groups. We might ask, for instance, how the DHS arrived at its conclusion that “the most dangerous domestic terrorism threat in the United States” comes from individuals and cells “embracing violent rightwing extremist ideology.”

According to the DHS report, this assessment is based on information “from law enforcement and nongovernmental organizations.” Who are these unnamed NGOs? That is not too difficult to figure out. As we have noted previously in these pages and in our online articles, the wording in the government reports is very similar to what we find in diatribes against conservatives issued by hard-core left-wing groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and the Political Research Associates (PRA).

Yup,
I said it too. Several times while working on the FPIAC Report. but I had no PROOF.
That is why I wanted to make it more generic, rather that just Missouri Targeted.

But that was just my opinion.
And I'm just some guy,,,, ya know.

Exactly, the JBS had what we all had, an educated guess. We were both right, and now there is proof. 8-)

There's a thread about how racist messages on some website were traced back to the DHS. The ADL, the SPLC, and the DHS are extremely intertwined.

Below is a link to an April 10 article by a John Birch Society staff member, clearly stating that the Missouri MIAC report was an SPLC "cut and paste" job. The JBS staffer also visited his local DHS "fusion center", and specifically brought up the SPLC's involvement with the report.

So the John Birch Society KNEW then that the SPLC was involved with the Missouri MIAC report---no "educated guess" to it! :)

Conservative Christian pointed this out...

The John Birch Society proved it April 10th. :D

My Trip to a DHS Fusion Center...and How I Lived to Talk About It (http://www.jbs.org/jbs-news-feed/4736)

Agent Myers explained that due to economic conditions the City of Raleigh recently pulled back their one staff member assigned to duty at the ISAAC Center. From the state and local level then, the fusion centers are not immune to financial constraints. He was sympathetic to the job security explanation for the MIAC debacle. He would not be surprised to find out that the SPLC cut and paste (http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?pid=905) 8-page MIAC report was issued by someone trying to justify the continuation of their position. I took him as being sincere when he confessed his experience was that law enforcement agencies were just like any other big organization that has people trying to make themselves look useful to higher ups.

And the scary part of this is the police were going to enforce the MIAC without question, as if the report had come down from God.

This along with the racist posts attributed to the DHS should be enough to warrant a full investigation of that department and have the ADL and SPLC disbanded.
Now that we have the proof, let's go after them with the lawyers.

It took the state weeks to figure out who had written the MIAC report that they got caught handing out.

The JBS figured it out in a couple of days.

I think they were spending that time figuring out how to cover for the SPLC/ADL and hide their involvement, because when the report on the report came out, the SPLC/ADL was never mentioned in it.

If you want to continue your career in law, or law enforcement

you better act like FBI-ADL-SPLC propaganda is the voice of God.

Just look at what David Szady had to put up with for doing his job well:
