not true..if anything it was started late yesterday (about 2pm if i remember)

Yeah, but it's bad. Because they are indicating that the quarter stops at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday and it doesn't. It stops at midnight. We're going to need those last 2 hours and we certainly don't want to discourage people from donating then.

It's based on your computer clock. Your computer time is wrong.

I think it's Greenwich Mean Time. They need to adjust the clock to American time.

There is nothing wrong with the counter. If yours is off your computer time is wrong. The counter goes until 9/30 11:59 est. You can even change your time to that and watch it go to 0.
