Once you get past the first 3 days, its a piece of cake.

Its hard telling yourself 'no' but as time goes on it gets easier and easier. You just have to WANT to quit, you can't just quit.

I agree, the first few days are HORRIBLE...I guess for me I just don't have the will to quit right now, I'm still in the young "nothing-can-hurt-me" part of my life, although i've been smoking for almost 6 years now!
