I just sit and watch that thing GO UP AND UP.. In a one minute span it jumped 3,000 dollars.

I have been saying since they started accepting online donations, that this would be the best way to get people involved.

I had no intentions of sending any more money this quarter, but I got caught up in the moment and decided to forgo buying a tennis racket for my son until next week and donated 25 bucks.

Not much but it all helps.

I'm such a Ron Paul geek..

I always thought thermometers and other quantfiable gimmicks is a great way to raise money, it's how howard dean was able to raise those tens of millions a couple years ago.

Does anyone know how many hours it's been up? It seems like the 200 grand came pretty quick.

I'm not seeing the totals anymore.

Did you guys see it hit 200K? It was at 197K last time I saw numbers.

Think we were generating too much traffic for the site? Maybe that's why they stopped the counter.

Think we were generating too much traffic for the site? Maybe that's why they stopped the counter.

Well the campaign just sent out an email saying, go look at the counter update with each donation, pretty cool!

And next thing you know, no more number updating.

I got an email from the campaign a few minutes before the number stopped functioning.

Maybe they got slammed and the number thingee broke...

Now they'll send out an email saying they need to raise 20,000 in the next fifteen minutes so they can upgrade their servers.

No, they discovered that it was harmful to the human body.

I only got to watch my teacher do it. He was a little nutty though. Blew up the pond at our school for fun.
