I was listening to this Papa Roach interview on Fox Strategy Room. The host asks the singer what he thinks of Obama. His response: "You know what I think about? Ron Paul all the way." Are you a Ron Paul fan? "Oh yeah, most definitely!"

was that really necessary?

namecalling is a NEOCON tactic, and is intellectually beneath you.

Sorry I didn't know libertarians were barred from making fun of men wearing makeup. I'll have to re-read my rule book.

Oh yea, I was also just kind of joking.

Use of the word *** in this context is not really funny, at least to me it isn't. I know lots of good men and women who wear make up for lots of different reasons. People who use demeaning terms on people they don't know, reminds me of those 'redhat' security people at the State convention i was at. I had to take numerous showers to get the creepy feeling off my skin after being around those little nazi youths.

The Liberal entertainment business, which the word LIBERAL has morphed into Take/Gimme, most are starting to realize that, Libertarian is the cause they support. Okay, there's a few Anarchist, which is kewl too.

F$%K Springsteen and Bon Jovi... both are Liberal Socialists

PS: Good that we have Slash on our side too! ;)

Cool, he still looks like a *** though.Trust me he's not. I've engineered a couple of his concerts and he's actually a very nice guy. He almost caused a riot at one of the shows because of equipment failure but was really cool to us.

Slash is an RP fan? WTF have I been? If this is true that will cement him as the greatest guitar player ever.

I used to know a guy whose gf cheated on him with Papa Roach's lead singer. His band sucks, but after this statement, maybe he isn't the tool I thought he was.

He looked less lame when he was fatter and less scene/emoish, but glad he supports Paul. I didn't even recognize him at first as the lead singer.

That's cool news. Yet another popular band (or at least the lead singer) supports Ron Paul. I've been enjoying Papa Roach for years.

Yeah, political stance has a lot to do with guitar playing.

That is cool! Anyone who represents RP is a good guy in my book!

I used to listen to them in high school but haven't heard much from them recently.

I keep hearing rumors that Krist Noveselic (former bassist of Nirvana) is one of us, but I have not read or heard anything from the horse's mouth to confirm this. Very cool on Slash btw.

As in "Yeah, I already thought he was an amazing guitar player but this makes him cooler." Not "Man since he's a RP fan he must be good at guitar, too."

:(

Krist was listed on Opensecrets.org (http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/search.php?cid=&name=novoselic&employ=(any+employer)&state=(all)&zip=(any+zip)&submit=OK&amt=a&sort=A) as a $250 donor to Ron Paul.

What really got me was after this was 'public', Dave Grohl gave an interview where he gave a bunch of socialist platitudes followed by (paraphrased) "Krist really knows his politics." The article didn't go any further into who or what Grohl, or for that matter, Novoselic, supported.

Slash is a hoax.

Is that meant to be a troll post (the post, not you)? I can't tell on serious forums lol.

Either way, that's not Papa Roach :P

Dave Grohl is an interesting character. Don't know where he stands other than he is likely a "conspiracy theorist" on certain things. We all know where that leads. :p
Krist is very intelligent, and does know his stuff. Would make a great Senator. I wouldn't be surprised if he runs for office as a libertarian or even a Dem one day. I don't see him running as anything conservative.

Slash is a hoax, huh. Oh well, I figured him to be more of a lefty anyway.

I didn't want to call it out and get trolled, be I figured I'd be safe enough on a serious forum that it might have just been a mistake.
