Catherine Crabill, the Republican nominee (http://www.dailykostv.com/w/001937/) for delegate in Virginia’s 99th district:

“We have a chance to fight this battle at the ballot box, before we have to resort to the bullet box. But that is the beauty of our second amendment right. I am glad all of us enjoy our firearms for hunting, but make no mistake, that was not the intent of the Founding Fathers. Our second amendment right was to guard against tyranny.”

Wow, that reminds me of Dr. Susan Gratia's testimony before Congress that I saw recently on YouTube. Her story was one that helped change gun laws for the better because her obedience to the gun-restriction laws led to her parents' deaths.

Unfortunately, it appears that Catherine Crabill in that speech was either demonstrating rank partisanship or appealing to partisanship, which are both undesirable qualities.
