I thought this article was very interesting and will generate a lot of debate on the POLITICO site.

DIGG the article here (http://digg.com/politics/Dr_No_s_moment_POLITICO_Ron_Paul_on_2012_Obama_Pal in) so that it can shoot up and hopefully make it onto the Front Page, where it would get a lot more attention and discussion going on. This article basically positions him to the left of Obama on the war, and to the right of Palin and the majority of republicans on fiscal issues, and he has some very good critiques of both Obama and Palin.

Dr. No's moment (POLITICO) - Ron Paul on 2012/Obama/Palin

politico.com — In this interview with Politico, Ron Paul criticizes both Obama on the left AND Palin to the right. He also talks about whether he will run for President again in 2012.

Link to the actual article is here (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0709/25109_Page2.html) (don't forget to recommend it) but please Digg! (http://digg.com/politics/Dr_No_s_moment_POLITICO_Ron_Paul_on_2012_Obama_Pal in) Thanks!

That's my fault. I was trying to generate more buzz for this article. I think the message behind it will be viewed receptively by a lot of people that are on the fence and want to see a politican who goes beyond all of the partisan stuff and lays it onto members of both parties. Mods, (edit- please) delete this thread and I apologize for the cross thread.

I noticed that a lot of commentors at politico are smart people. At least half of them can make a good case for liberty. I wonder how it looked a month ago and 6 month ago.

At the risk of continuing this thread, I'm delighted with the civility shown thus far in the comments board of that thread. I'm only up to the first 50 posts though, so who knows what's coming.
