I think the big concern for many people are; if he doesn't run where does their money go. Peter Schiff has agreed that if he doesn't run he will refund everyones money.

No, he has not. However, he are some factors to consider.


His campaign advisor has said that he is running, that his lack of an announcement is just an FEC formality
The FEC already lists him as an official candidate
His campaign manager has repeatedly hinted that Rand is running, but that he is playing politics
Rand has hired a campaign advisor that is relatively well known in Kentucky. Why would be spend all kinds of money traveling the state and hiring staff if he didn't intend on running?


In short, Rand is going to run. He is just playing politics, saying the right words so he doesn't upset Bunning supporters.. it's all posturing
