I don't see anything there that indicates it was fake. He's either in a hotel or in front of a hotel, where they've set up a temporary studio. They do that all the time when they expect that they'll be broadcasting from a location for quite some time.

The second of video, joking and laughing, are clearly from a different day....presumably one when bombs weren't falling around him.

There are so many legitimate scams going on, why do people insist on making an issue out of things that didn't happen?

This is just stupid on so many levels that words fail me.

(A quick Google search indicates I'm right. The person who created the video took down his accusations and the original after it was debunked. (Oooh! Maybe the CIA killed him!))

(A Google image search reveals that there's at least one business that specializes in setting up temp broadcast facilities: http://www.producersintl.com/html/hotel_consultation.htm and they claim they set up the media studio at the Dhahran international hotel.)
