Dr. Paul mentioned that HR 1207 is up to 277 co-sponsors in the video. I thought we
were up to 271?

I think he uses this as much as a time to pontificate "on the record" as he does to ask questions.

I like the final jab that Ron throws at the end saying that he thinks the consumers lose out on the deal.

It is very obvious they are given a script to rehearse. They always say the same thing, no matter who it is... same answers every time.
Like Tech Support from India. It is all script. You get the guy off the script he gets very confused.

I almost felt bad for her, Paul was way over her head.

Seems anybody with the Fed or Treasury has difficulty actually answering the questions they are asked. I didn't hear her actually answer a single one of RP's questions. Like mentioned, it's just a script that they memorize. Why isn't there any teeth behind congressional testimony oaths? Seems we might make progress by throwing the next script reader that avoids answering questions in jail for contempt of Congress.

She must have drawn the short straw among the Fed governors.

They are still there. So I think that answers your question.

Lol, you noticed that too eh?

Willing to bet they have names like rahib but are given americanized names to improve QOS.

Agh what a stupid bitch. Man if you take into account ALL inflation it's much higher and then much lower. Take for instance the housing bubble.....put that into the inflation calculation and you see MUCH MUCH higher average prices.

And then that inflation (FRAUD) gets liquidated and then we have serious deflation as a whole. Inflation does not hit the market evenly, if the FED prints it, then it is INFLATIONARY.

Just because it goes into a bubble and sort of contains itself does not mean there is no inflation. That krap has to be liquidated, and we get these ridiculous busts. Not to mention we get nice steady consumer price inflation as well as the bleed off of this bubble inflation pushes up prices while compete ting for resources in the economy. And then there is government spending, another source of consumer inflation.
