This video is done by one of our supporters who came across an article in a Chicago newspaper that is absolutely disgusting!

Why do these people think that they can write something and publish it in a well known newspaper, that is so completely false and hateful, and get away with it?

This is really bad imo because I believe they will try to carry this to the next level of "neo-nazi" or white supremacist. That kind of hate speech would hurt any campaign unless it could be rebutted in a public forum MSM.

Whats with all the hate all of a sudden? I think this issue needs to be attacked. Maybe overreacting but if this kind of thing gets traction???

This writer is basically calling Ron Paul Hitler, that is pretty gross.

Ron Paul is the opposite of a Hitler. Dubya and Darth Cheney are much closer.

The powers-that-be CANNOT let Ron Paul become President. They will resort to any and all tricks in the book, or maybe even brute force, to stop it.

The levels of apathy in this great land are sky-high. Americans have let themselves be anesthetized by bread and circuses for too long. We have let the mass media dumb us down.

Sure, some Americans still think for themselves and will put a lot on the line in an effort to get a good man like Ron Paul elected.

But there are very strong and very bad forces at work.

I think the term "nazi" has gotten very watered down. It used to be someone who was really horrible, now it's basically "someone doing something I don't like".

when someone comes into their welfare sandbox for Israel, call em Nazi's. Nazi's I say. Thats why its best to act and look as professional at these rallys as possible, they are going to be looking for 911 truther hippies to show on TV. These are the real zealots, it shows in their blathering blither of rants.

It's short for Nationalsozialismus (German of course), or National Socialism, or refers to the German Nazi Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei).

But yeah, it also means, "that certain kind of jerky person I don't care for".

I think it speaks to how fast the movement is growing.

It's getting way too large for the powers that be to remain comfortable.

Americans are hungry for truth and Ron is speaking it to them and Americans are loving it.

That is scaring the pants off the powers that be.

These pieces are efforts to slow our growth. It's a propoganda technique that the gov't uses against anyone who dares to defy them.

If you don't fall in line, they smear you.

Ron Paul's beliefs couldn't ever be more a polar opposite to nazism

u need to practice what u preach. u are doing EXACTLY the same shit.

there are many prominent scientists, ex-military, airline pilots, ex-intelligence, and engineers who are 9/11 truthers. So, what do u do? You focus on those truthers who look like "hippies".

why not do some actual research into the undeniable truth of 9/11 before u make such uninformed statements.

I clearly said that thats what they are looking for to post on TV? I am sure 911 truthers come in all kinds, but the media will focus on the ones like Geraldo put on TV. My point is no matter why you support Paul, do not give em an opportunity to make all of em look like hippies. The buffoons who run our Pravdas want to discredit all Paul supporters by showing anarchist marches and 911 type truther marches on TV. Perception is key. They certainly are not going to show 1,000 (republican looking types) sitting in a conference room.

The zealots i referred to are the Neocon writers not 911 truthers.

That tendency - to find the most outrageously horrid representative of a group or area - is not confined to RP supporters.

Jeff Foxworthy did that joke about a flood and his wife's cousin...remember?

It's yet another way the old media tries to sway opinion.

ok. cool.

pardon me if got a little defensive. I've spent years researching 9/11 so I sometimes get set off when I think people are dismissing truthers as "kooks". There is so much evidence out there to dispel the Bin laden fairy tale and I get frustrated when people ridicule us without first doing some research.

Nonetheless, there's not much we can do about media distortion. They will invent stuff about RP anyway no matter how well we behave

its because they are so surprised to see people energized at an event and they have to find some way to attack and/or marginalize it.

What's wrong with Ron Paul supporters looking like hippies? I think if Ron Paul supporters were portrayed as hippies by the MSM, it would add a huge amount of supporters. Most Baby Boomers associate themselves in one way or another with hippies and see the hippie movement as one of the greatest things that their generation did; the civil rights movement, women's rights movement, environmental movement, etc. Baby Boomers make up 28% of the US population, and have 80% of the wealth. Associating Ron Paul as the "neo-hippie" movement could be a very good thing, both in numbers of new supporters and numbers of dollars donated.

This shouldn't be a surprise there are foolish RP supporter that compare Bush to Hitler and claim the Iranian leader is somehow on a higher moral ground than Bush or Clinton. This is a move that people with small minds make it is best to just ignore people like this.

Yep.

Stay calm, don't respond in anger. When you read something that makes you furious, keep it together, think about whether or not any response is needed, then choose how you respond very carefully.

Its called your first introduction to Chicago Politics, people. Daley and IL and the whole state is full of nothing but GOONS. Goose-stepping goons...LOL. They're just awful jealous.

I personally take the Nazi comparisons as a compliment - the Nazis were outrageously popular and successful and changed the course of world history. Of course, the difference here is the CAUSE OF FREEDOM, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY FOR ALL :)

We need to focus on getting a strong and positive message out. Let the fascists try to call us fascists. That's fine, they're uneducated and we have to educate them.

If they keep going like this, this revolution might become a physical one. I hope Ron has security guards and if the establishment thinks assassination(which I am sure isn't far off the table) They will have a bloody revolution on their hands. We gotta take this country back from these Fascist-Neocon-zionists-Neoliberals.

Over the course of the Clinton and Bush administrations, the U.S. has caused AT LEAST almost ONE MILLION INNOCENT BYSTANDERS to DIE according to the UN and US' own statistics. This is in Iraq ALONE. The Iranians are an intolerant theocracy but at least they don't bomb or invade other countries. It's obvious you just have your head in the sand and refuse to compare Iran and the U.S. objectively.

After an intensive and exhaustive scientific study, results have shown that IQ levels among supporters for Presidential candidate, Ron Paul, are 25% higher than the general population. So says the Journal of Intellectual Improvement.

Just to make it clear:
There is a genocide going on in Iraq
Some people are discussing about nuking Iran, another cradle of mankind
There are secret prisons around the world where people get tortured

And someone compares Ron Paul to Hitler!? Leaves me speechless.
