In my view, the other "2nd tier" candidates (such as Tancredo, T. Thompson, Gilmore, Hunter, Brownback, Huckabee, etc) are just as deserving of "longshot" status as Ron Paul.
My question is this: Does the MSM also refer to these guys as "longshots" or generally point out their large odds of getting the nomination when writing or talking about them, as compared to when they cover RP?
(Or does the MSM media downplay this and tend to refer to the other "2nd tier" guys as "presidential hopefuls" or some such language?)
Links welcome.
