If all funding were removed for this junk science, perhaps many of those who were coming up with the bogus data would finally turn on those who were funding them and tell the truth.

The only reason they were claiming man has a major role in global warming is because they would lose funding if they didn't. So if they were to lose the funding anyway, they would probably turn on their former masters.
