How fucking old and decrepit must this Richard Posner guy be to even consider such a proposal, do you think even knows what the internet is?

this is just as stupid as the idiot who wanted to tax e-mails because the post offices made less money as a result of the internets.

I think these morons fail to realize we pay every month to use the internet, well MOST of us do anyway :)
