EFF sues for Public Release of FBI Surveillance Rules

I really like the EFF. They tend to be "liberal" however they did slam Obama recently when he argued for the same wiretapping provisions; the EFF called him "worse than Bush"

If they don't tell us voluntarily, we'll just waterboard the desired information out of them.

After all, they do it to others without so much as a lawyer present. And assure us the info is accurate.

Awe... they put the keystone cop lawyers in charge of another lawsuit... wonder how they'll loose this one. With all of the EFF failures, one wonders if we'd be better off without them.
