I was in DC the entire weekend visiting Nicole and yesterday I got to hang with the rest of the Ladies 4 Liberty.
It was a great deal of fun. Nena, Nicole, and Rachel are a blast to chill with. We went to this classy picnic in the middle of horse country Virgina. They had their own vineyard and a good time was had by all.
Getting to overhear and even suggest ideas for the next L4L videos was thrilling and all I can say is that I can guarantee them to be great! :p

Saturday night Nicole and myself along with Rachel and her husband went swing dancing at this awesome art deco (20's / 30's) club (http://www.thecarlyleclub.com/). Then afterwards we went back to my hotel, the DoubleTree by the Pentagon, and attended the rotating club upstairs. It has an awesome view of DC, and oddly enough, we found ourselves dancing to Michael Jackson music ha ha ha. In 2009 I never thought I would find a club full of people dancing to MJ.
Last week I was on the beach, DC this weekend looking at the monuments, and yesterday was a Nashville Tea Party. Needless to say I'm quite sunburned.

No kidding, Same LadyJade from the youtubes I saw during the 08 campaign i suppose? nice! I dunno how i didn't notice her username on rpf before. I usually don't use RPF for social networking plus im kinda slow so I am out of the loop on this kinda stuff! :cool:

We've enrolled in comedy school at the Improv here. We just got back from the last beginner's class recital tonight, to see what was in store for us. It was good. It will definitely be a fun challenge for us as far as thinking on our feet, plus SNL guys and big names pass through here all the time. Funniest thing tho I think was our convo with the staff afterwards:
Went something like this:
Me: We are the Ladies of Liberty and we came because we are enrolled in the next class. Well, Nena isn't. She's #1 on the waitlist, but she's coming anyway and not leaving. Just wanted to let you know.
Him: That's actually going to be a problem for us. You'll need to talk to the principal.
Me: Hi! Nena's not leaving.
Her: That's going to be a problem.
Me: Oh its no trouble at all! Just bring in another chair. No problem!
Her: That won't be fair to the other students.
Me: Great so we'll see you in class!
Her: Not great. I can't guarantee that we can fit her in.
Me: Kthxbai! OMG ponies!

Try Hunter's Head next time you're around. They have amazing bread (complimentary with every meal). I go there whenever I do just for that, the burgers and stuff are just morsels in comparison. MMMMM
