What kind of fool would put money into US treasuries? The FED and central banks have got to be the only buyers right now.

You, think so?
Got money in any kind of savings, broad market bond fund? savings account, or CD? You are invested in treasuries (inevitably, at least a portion, higher now that the banks are too freaked to actually lend there money to people....) too...
Maybe you just have a little coin in some non interest bearing checking account.. Well, you're still invested in treasuries, you just don't get any interest out of it..
