Not sure, it'd be a tie between Wiki News and Russia Times

ronpaulforums, I always get the scoop here first. Someone from these forums is everywhere and listening to and reading everything.

I like reddit.com but I wouldn't recommend it to someone.

The site leans left pretty heavily so a normal person would miss out on stories about Obama or other D's who are up to no good. I can get those kinds of stories here though.

If I only had one site, probably RPF because people here are reading from so many different sources. Most members here know how to filter out a lot of the propaganda that is put out by both "sides."

I would also recommend RPF, although DP is good between the 2 you will get the most recent breaking news

www.fark.com (http://www.fark.com/)

It is a website where people find an interesting article, make up a headline and post it.

The middle of the page is the headlines.

The left is an icon to click to the actual news story.

One your right is a number that links to the comments on the story.

They say, "It's not the news. It's fark.com (http://www.fark.com/)".

I think it is the news. The news that has gone around the world and then some.

The comments can be very... well they are definitely fark.

It used to be digg - I built up a nice stable of libertarian friends over there and we would use digg's shout system to share and upvote news. That system is gone and they replaced it with twitter, which is used frivolously (w/ digg, you were limited to sharing 1 story every 10 mins, so you had to make it good or else you were wasting your time).

Now I suppose I'd go for infowars if I was limited to only one site, and get the rest of my news from TV, magazines, and newspapers to balance out the conspiracy angle.

you have to sift through a lot of BS, but I always here things there first before anywhere else.

I'd say RPF overall, but if you're just referring to news sites proper than I'd go with LRC.

I get my news from twitter and right here on RPF and gata.org

Surfing these forums from a cell is slow and painful so I use twitter and #tlot when I'm on the move.

News.google.com

I second that. At this point, their news engines are still much better than any single source.

I usually start here and head over to news.google.com for more detail or some sites the list url's for the international press depending on what the story is.

I agree. This is the website I frequent the most to get all my info. It's also the only website I trust.

RPF has lots of good links. Also prisonplanet dot com and rense dot com.

It's also good to look at the mainstream media to see what the sheeple are feeding on.
