At least I hope that this is a simple question....

When trying to make sense of what was really going on with the cap and trade bill I found this website from some sort of foundry:

My question is this: Does China have any sort of regulation on emissions? It seems to me (based on the graph from the link provided) that what remains of our manufacturing is going to go somewhere where emissions aren't regulated.

Probably a totally obvious statement, but I just wanted to be sure.

Adding insult to the injury, California will get 25% of it's CO2 from across the Pacific Ocean via CHinese industry by 2030. I bet they didn't factor that into this bullshit.

Then absolutely NO mention of clean nuclear technology here either. We will recycle everything BUT spent nuclear rods.
