Indeed as I and others have said many times. The basic objective is to find a stable funding mechanism to fund the UN's army to enforce the decisions of the UN's court. The only remaining ways out of this globalist nightmare are "peaceful" secession or civil war.... Yeah, peaceful secession, has a nice ring to it... :)
